Colonel Myron Pollard was an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers before the Great War.
Background[]
In 2076, Pollard oversaw the conversion of a Radiation King factory in Appalachia into a munitions plant.[1] Afterwards, he took over management from the former plant supervisor, congratulating the workers for their "contribution" to the war effort."[2] By January 2077, the former supervisor became suspicious of why the ammunition produced wasn't being shipped away, and Pollard brushed off his concerns by claiming they were simply "stockpiling."[3]
