Re: Undoing your edit

It's not that your edit was incorrect, as it did add a descriptive qualifier, but I'm not really sure I agree with several being used in that location. The issue arises when people make edits that don't really improve article quality. As you made several changes in the article, your edit did improve quality and it was my mistake not reading the entire edit summary. I guess what I'm trying to say is if there is an ambiguous case it's best to leave it as it is unless you're changing other things. Sometimes I get a little hasty in reverting stuff after reviewing so many edits. My apologies for that. Happy editing! FollowersApocalypseLogosectatorapocalypsi 05:33, November 10, 2013 (UTC)

I just reviewed another edit that is a prime example of what I was trying to explain above. When you edited Mei Wong's page you changed 'they' to 'he or she'. Again, this doesn't really add anything to the article. Hope my explanation makes sense. Feel free to message me with any questions. Thank you for taking my suggestions so well. You are correct that 'the player' is singular, which would make 'they' in the plural form incorrect. However, 'they' also exists in a gender-neutral singular form. So we are both correct! The gender neutral form is generally preferred, as we have both male and female PC's, but either way works. For future reference, when replying to messages on talk pages, each stage of the conversation is generally indented further from the last to make the conversation easier to follow (as you can see I have done). You can do this by placing a colon ':' at the beginning of the new section. The more colons, the farther it will be indented. If a conversation is extended to the point where indenting further looks a bit silly, you can outdent by using {{od}} as opposed to more colons.

(Like so. If you are interested in learning more, you can always take a look at our editing and layout guidelines, or sign up for out new user network if you would like some more specialized one-on-one help. Happy editing! FollowersApocalypseLogosectatorapocalypsi 07:05, November 10, 2013 (UTC)

Black Mountain Radio

Thanks for correcting the Black Mountain Radio dialogue. I just spent half an hour trying to find the piece of audio dialogue in the extracted GECK files you just removed! Would you be interested helping out with adding audio dialogue to character pages by any chance? Jspoel Speech Jspoel 18:15, November 17, 2013 (UTC)

You understand I mean adding audio to quotes right? Would be great to get some help, it's taking me so much time to add them to quotes, already spent months on it. You can find instructions (if you need it) here. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 18:28, November 17, 2013 (UTC)

Edits

Hi and welcome to the wiki! Thanks for your recent help through your edits, but please take the time to look over our policies so that you don't accidentally do something you're not supposed to; you just removed a bug for example, but our policy states that we should wait and see if someone can verify it in a given time slot. 69.l25 (talk) 22:52, November 17, 2013 (UTC)

Wasteland

Just for your information, wasteland is not a proper noun so it shouldn't be capitalized, unless it's within the name of a place, like Mojave Wasteland. Happy editing! FollowersApocalypseLogosectatorapocalypsis 00:43, November 19, 2013 (UTC)

Re: Fallout 2

I have not tried that, and if you don't mind, then I would like to have a copy of this file. Beats my current solution, which involves some messing around with my bios. Thanks in advanced, Witchy --MountHail (talk) 03:34, November 19, 2013 (UTC)

I made the .bat file and loaded FO2, seems to be running nicely now. Thanks again, see ya around --MountHail (talk) 03:54, November 19, 2013 (UTC)
