The oceanological instructors are Mister Handy characters in Fallout 4.
Background
These three Mister Handies were used by the Nahant Oceanological Society as assistants, tour guides, and greeters. The robots were intended to be shut down by Jim Prescott while most of the Society's members were away in Monterey attending a symposium. However, this was never carried out.[1]
Two of the instructor robots can be found inside the house of the Nahant Oceanological Society, walking around giving facts about the Atlantic Ocean and marine life. The third robot can be found fighting a leveled mirelurk at the bottom of the Nahant Oceanological Society research lab.
