Background
Ezekiel is an anthropologist with the Followers of the Apocalypse. He shows great interest in the Great Khans as a tribe. He speaks in-depth about the Khans and their history, feeling sympathy for their tragic past.

- Oh My Papa: When finding some way for the Khans to reclaim their glory, the Courier will be sent to Julie Farkas, who will then send you to Ezekiel. Ezekiel is in possession of Pretty Pretty Horsies: A History of the Mongol Empire.
Then he goes and eats a chicken covered in the grease of a thousand old pensioners being penetrated by dogs

Notes
- He appears at the trading post, even if the Courier has not met the Followers previously.
- He has the dialogue of a generic Followers guard before the quest.
- If the Courier joins the Followers he will assist him/her in combat instead of fleeing as usual.
- He may mention the Vault Dweller destroying the Great Khans if the Courier talks to him.
