Sergeant Orlando Garrett was a soldier in the 12th Mountain Division, deployed to help contain the general population of Huntersville before the Great War.
Background
Sent in under prepared and poorly equipped to deal with the virus spreading throughout Huntersville, quarantine measures deteriorated rapidly as the population of the town began attacking the barricades and the soldiers manning them. By November 7, 2076, the state of the town convinced the division's prior Sergeant Jake Bianchi that something was wrong, and his questioning earned him a rapid court-martial.[1]
Bianchi was replaced with Sergeant Garrett, who made an official statement regarding their continued presence and quarantine measures: "In the meantime, it's my job to make sure this containment operation at Huntersville continues to run smoothly and give West-Tek all the courtesy and assistance that I can."[2]
