Enclave in Fallout 4?

Okay so the Enclave has been scattered and nearly destroyed multiple times and there always seem to be a few that survive. Does anyone think the Enclave could go into hiding and resurface after they rebuild. I mean there is a bunch of mentioned only named characters in the Enclave that have unknown fates. Who else here thinks they could make a return in Fallout 4?
