Knock out chance
My previous character (9 total Strength with Rad Child and Power Armor) seems to have 100% chance to knock out anything (Deathclaws, etc) with Oh Baby, but when I restarted the playthrough with slight changes in perks and special (7 total Strength with Rad Child, Weapons Handling perk - which reduce Oh Baby's requirement to 6), and he can't knockout anything.
Was the 100% chance before just a nice glitch? --K4Anarky (talk) 01:06, June 4, 2014 (UTC)
