You first see him when you enter San Francisco for the first time. He is an adversary of Lo Pan and they share a heated rivalry. The Dragon seems to have equal strength with Lo Pan.

- The Dragon wants you to take out Lo Pan - hand to hand: The Dragon can't seem to kill his adversary, Lo Pan. Maybe you can.
- Lo Pan wants you to take out the Dragon - hand to hand, if possible: Lo Pan doesn't have what it takes to take down The Dragon, but maybe you do.
- He can also increase your Unarmed skill up to 90% approximately by teaching you how to fight. He will be able to if your Karma is high enough.
