General Robert Dobbs attacked a Nuka-Cola vending machine at 10:05 a.m. on August 7, 2077, in the Pentagon cafeteria B3. The responding security officer, Harold Callahan, ordered him to stand down, but Dobbs drew his sidearm and fired seven shots into the machine, piercing the coin box and several bottles, claiming it had stolen from him as he believed the machine was a soldier. Dobbs was relieved of his weapon and placed in lockup until D.C. Metro Police forces arrived to arrest him.[1]
