- Four in Falls Church East, ruined building opposite of L.O.B. Enterprises.
- One in the ruins behind Springvale school.

- There's a non-container version of this item as well; it looks the same but cannot be interacted with.
- It is also possible to find crutches inside these desks, even though they are larger than the desk.
