Schematics - trench knife is an item which can be found in the game files of the Fallout 3 add-on Operation: Anchorage. They were intended to be the schematics for the trench knife, a Melee Weapons skill weapon.

The schematics were cut from the final version of Operation: Anchorage, as the weapon was turned into a non-craftable item. A copy of the schematics can be found inside the map cell "TestPhil," which is only accessible via console commands but does not allow the player to make the trench knife, even if they are obtained.
