The Scorpion poison grease is a consumable item that was cut from Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics
Scorpion poison grease is a cut poison from Fallout: New Vegas that was planned to be carried by Legion NPCs. The poison has an appearance exactly like absinthe, however, this is likely due to an in-game model not being created for the poison.
The poison would cause fairly effective burn damage to a target causing 10 points Flamer damage over 10 seconds and 10 points of health loss over 5 seconds. While the item can be added through the use of console commands, it does not appear to work. After applying the poison to a melee weapon, a notice will appear saying that poisons cannot be applied to ranged weapons.
