Shelly Miller was the wife of John Miller, the owner of Big John's Salvage, before the Great War.
Background
When the bombs were finally launched, she and her family locked themselves inside the bunker that her husband built beforehand. After their ventilation system gave out, they all suffocated to death.[1]
