Sink Project: Biological Research Station is a holotape in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.
It contains the personality module for the biological research station, and is part of the All My Friends Have Off Switches quest.
Location
The holotape can be found in X-22 botanical garden and should be lying on the ground, next to an electric hot plate.
