I noticed you're going through and adding the cut content. I use this website:

Oh I will be becoming very active now. Yes, I will be helping to filter out the vandalism and crap. I also have a news digest that will be coming out tomorrow if you haven't already seen my sandboxes and conversations already. I am also doing what I can to bring more editor awareness to Nukapedia since it seems to me we've been dying slowly for a while now. I have thrown up an editor request on CC and a spotlight request. Category:The Vault

It is of my common understanding that it is considered clutter to add information that is entirely irrelevant towards the actual page itself. That and if someone knows the Mercenary Camp is in that general area already (Which would mean that they know what is to be found there and what to expect) why would they need to look up the locations around it instead of just looking up the location itself. I was fine with having my edits over-ruled before even without significant claims as to why because I was just a normal user who didn't really have a say in the ultimate decisions made around here. Now I don't mean to push, but the community has shown that they trust in my judgment and knowledge on how things work here and have studied the guidelines extensively during my poll time and now I know as a new Admin that I have a firm foundation to stand on to defend my positions. I just don't like having edits that I've thought out all the sudden reverted without being consulted and then told that's the final decision without a real reason why. It's nothing bad towards you, you are an editor that I have no doubts will always be my superior in this field of work, but I also should note that we work on two different wave lengths and our decisions towards each others work will always be biased without conversing with each other first. I understand that specific concern and I have been contributing more to the re-writing and modifying of information fields lately. However, if I see content that doesn't belong (and it would be foolish to say that most pages here do not have information that is in no way relevant of even needed) it seems to me it's my duty to remove that information. I would also like to admit that I am no good at actually adding sparkling and shiny new content. Hello Jspoel. Firstly, I owe you an overdue congratulations on the selection of your logo; as much as I was rooting for my own, yours was by far the logical and best choice, especially when considering the community spirit of Wikia.

Weapon condition project

No. I tested multiples of each weapon class to verify the game settings found in the GECK and then used those formulae to calculate the rest. Every test Zerginfestor , SD and I did, as well as some of the info already on the pages corroborated the findings. I was unable to test weapons that take magical companion ammo, since my game's been patched and the script that removes them precludes testing them. The Gunny 01:35, January 27, 2012 (UTC)

FO3 weapon tables

I just noticed how poorly the FO3 weapon table looks compared to the NV ones. You got any problem with me reorganizing the tables using the same format that the NV page does, i.e. uniques go directly beneath the alphabetized pedestrian version, weapon classes get broken into subdivisions like "pistols", "rifles", etc.? Favicon

Apparently there's been a misunderstanding. When you told me to look at the favicon, when you'd changed it to the bottlecap, I still had the vault boy showing. The Vault boy looks horrendous, but the bottlecap looks decent. Thing is, I can't see the bottlecap on Firefox, it's still the vault boy on that browser. I changed to Chrome, and ta-da, there was the bottlecap. This is something we need to look into. I don't think this is isolated to me, because I checked on two different computers, and two different networks. Hugs ^{"Say 'ello to my little friend!"}

Fallout 3 weapons

The page is done. I unilaterally decided to pull out the section for add-on weapons. Every weapon in that section was listed on another part of the page, with the DLC icons, and I felt it was superfluous. I hope you agree. The Gunny 00:51, January 28, 2012 (UTC)

The old order went Unarmed, Melee, Small Guns, Energy, Big Guns, Explosives. I simply alphabetized the headings, sorta like the NV page (Guns, Energy, Explosives, Melee, Unarmed) . I also kinda like the idea of Small Guns on the top, but I know that comes from a personal preference for them over other weapons and I felt a little prejudiced. If you prefer, I'll move things back. Thrown explosive

Information on the older games comes from the manuals (Fallout 2 manual documents the mechanics pretty well). Information from the newer games comes from part-GECK, but mostly hours and hours and hours of throwing :) (Thelee 01:16, January 28, 2012 (UTC))

User:Dee Vince admitted that he was 12 years old in chat. We banned him because the Wikia rules state that you must be at lest 13 years old to have an account. What do you think about this? "Log page 20 blames someone named Burke from the original survey team for not having noticed caves that could contain dangerous creatures. This is an homage to the film Aliens, as the character Burke in the movie knew about the dangerous aliens on the planet, but sent the survey team anyway." Admin forum

For the forum in general, or the protection? I'll explain the latter seen as I think that that's what you are after :). It's really simple. Forum creators would add a template at the top of the page (maybe with something like {{Admin forum}}) and add some cascading protection to this, so that pages with the template on it become protected to admin only, whilst at the same time serving as a notice to other users that they cannot join that partcular discussion. • Hopeville Armory - I removed the special ammo types and riot gear. I removed these because Nukapedia policy states that notable loot only includes unique and rare items. (Exceptions would be if you find a a large number of a certain item in a specific location.) Rare items only include non-renewable resources, which means technically even the bottle-cap mines shouldn't be listed. Everything else can be noted inside the layout or walk-through sections.
• Tenpenny Tower - Did you not read what I removed? They had notes about where to find loot that had nothing to do with that location.
• Waste Disposal Station - Same as my Hopeville removals. If we start noting where to find just an uncommon gun that you can easily find on enemies or even buy it, we'll have to start listing where to find everything that's stronger than the varmit rifle.
• Hopeville Missile Base - This is where I'm getting the feeling you're just reverting my edits because you can. Since when is a bowie knife and a couple ammo boxes with a random assortment of mines notable? They are not and you know it. They might belong in the layout section and that is all.
• I Forgot to Remember - Another one... we do not allow petty strategy into articles. And why in the hell do we need a note about history points? We have an entire bullet list literally a couple inches above that state exactly what you need to do.
• Mobile Base Crawler - "* The Mobile Base Crawler bears a striking resemblance to the real-life NASA crawler-transporter, particularly the tread units and the position of the entry ramp. It's more than likely that it is a heavily modified crawler, probably taken post-War." We don't allow real world comparisons and speculation.

I'm kind of pissed now that once again, you have not even tried to get an explanation out of me for my actions before reverting. Staying here

I'm just glad you decided to stay. It's kind of strange, because I've felt a great amount of loyalty to this wiki also. The idea of moving and leaving this wiki to the dogs just didn't seem right to me. It would have been nice if we could have just stayed together as a whole though. I have browsed and some links are those from the PRO ITEM.MSG (Fallout). Right, the problem with the infobox is not found in the template, so I had a look at the CSS and JavaScript, but it's far too complex for me so I've requested Porter's help. He's presumably made a mistake somewhere along the line because it shouldn't have an image button. Also, as I said to sig about the adventure: "I'm trying to think of a non-patronising way around it. I'm thinking of a 'lite' version, and that'd be good for those without the time or ability, whilst leaving the vote as one on the page.
