Characteristics
The stimpak diffuser is a small canister that, when used, creates a cloud that restores Hit Points to the user and nearby teammates. It restores 30% of HP over four seconds.

- Can only be acquired by fabricating at a chemistry station.
Notes
- The plan may be obtained as a quest reward for Project Paradise if all three animals are successfully protected. It may be possible to receive the plans with two animals surviving.
- Using a stimpak diffuser is a requirement for one of the Pioneer Scouts Tadpole medic badges.
- Unlike other stimpaks, stimpak diffuser will not heal crippled limbs or be affected by the First Aid perk.
