Locations
- The only lit stogie in the game can be found in Eddie Winter's hideout in Andrew station.
- Five stogies can be found in an advanced-locked safe inside Ticker Tape Lounge. They will also respawn when the area has refreshed.
- Stogies can be bought from merchants offering miscellaneous wares.
Behind the scenes
The name stogie is slang for a cigar, and has two alternative spellings, "stogy" and "stoagie."
