Untitled[]

I have a question. Does anyone know if the tribals respawn in the cathedral after the main quest line (Point Lookout)? I completely emptied the place after the quest "Thought Control" and was thinking of using it as a home. --75.97.11.80 17:24, 27 June 2009 (UTC)

If they do respawn, it isn't within the usual 36 hours. I haven't tested beyond that though. I noticed that not all of the Tribals were hostile (notably Croatoa and I believe one other). Not sure if this has something to do with it. Mr. Sully (T·C) 17:32, 27 June 2009 (UTC)

Real-life Ark & Dove in Maryland[]

I think the removed entry referred to this church: http://www.arkanddove.org. -- Porter21 (talk) 11:53, December 16, 2009 (UTC)

Well, I'll be... Thanks, Porter. I'm beginning to lean toward including references like these, as long as it's short, in the DC area, and includes a link.--Gothemasticator 12:08, December 16, 2009 (UTC)
No problem, I just remembered that I googled it as well when the reference was first added :) -- Porter21 (talk) 12:10, December 16, 2009 (UTC)

Origin of name?[]

the article says "This massive cathedral was named after the first two settler ships that made landfall at Point Lookout in colonial times."

Is there a source for that? Unless that's stated somewhere, that seems quite unlikely. Ark & Dove is a term that refers to the story of Noah's ark and specifically repemption of a destroyed world. There are churches in the real world named "Ark & Dove" and none of them are named after ships (except Noah's Ark, of course). Wickedjacob 23:20, June 11, 2010 (UTC)

I think it says that on one of the little loading screen blurbs when you're in Point Lookout. RolandVH 06:56, December 11, 2010 (UTC)

It would also be true that those are the names of the ships if that counts for anything. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Ark_(ship), http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maryland_Dove) FinalWish 04:12, August 8, 2011 (UTC)

Lobotomy or trepanation?[]

The Behind the Scenes should toss in a mention to trepanations as a similar quack practice. One of the character dialogues says "Those tribals thing opening a hole in their head will let their brains expand." which made me belive that's what the tribals were doing. 131.191.60.228 19:50, April 14, 2018 (UTC)
