i also picked one of these up next to primm, on the ledge by a hollowed out rock. i was just picking everything up so im not sure if it was randomly placed inside the loot rock, or laying on the ground though.

Bonuses change
I recently noticed that the bonuses on this have changed... They now state Energy resistance +35, Fire resistance +35, rads +7. I wonder what caused this? Maybe it is caused by having a medicine skill of 96? --DanTheHitman 11:28, December 9, 2010 (UTC)
