Hank is a glowing one living in Gecko in 2241.
Background
In charge of maintaining the reactor and ensuring it works properly, Hank is approachable and courteous (well, for a wastelander, anyway). He is quite talented in technical matters, but leaves major repairs and part swaps to the resident tech wizard, Festus.
