Dude, This code be a reference to the Mad Butcher in Fallout 3, There is a song that Mad Dog plays and the story is about a butcher who runs around cutting people up. And since that is a Butcher's cleaver I'm willing to be it so. If you agree help add this to Trivia.

so since this is in the home of ulysses is it safe to say it belonged to him?
