Locations, there is one in the toilet bowl in one of the police stations. Can't remember which one.

That doesn't exactly give much to go off, do you remember what general area it was?SE/NE? what are your current PDs unlocked on your map? It doesn't help that this and X-Cell are so extremely rare.

ok found it my edit log it's South Boston police department

base ID invalid[]

Once again, is it really so hard if somone found an item to get its base object ID after obtaining it? Just drop it on the floor, open up the console, type Gbo or GetBaseActorValue, and help out the wiki. I'm almost fully inclined at this point just to buy fallout 4 to add the base object ID's, locations and specific charecteristics myself, even owning a demo would be feasable at this point just to hammer out every crude kink. In fact, that's what I plan on doing before this years end, just to regain sanity and help. 99.20.240.29 06:36, November 17, 2015 (UTC) editor email: SueSakamotoTakari@gmail.com

I've actually tried to use gbo before, that never got any results, I don't think it's a command for FO4's Creation engine, which is more or less the old Gamecryo one just fancier. as for the getbaseactorvalue, I'll try that one when I get back to Fallout. I searched for a command line that would get an actor's value, Anything I'm finding are suggest GBO or getactor value, etc. but none of them work with the creation engine. IF there is a command line for FO4 in base that give the base actor value, it's not appearing anywhere that's readily accessible or easy to find. If you find the For sure line for finding base values in FO4, then by all means tell me so and I'll go around and fix alot of IDs. Zflocco (talk) 13:42, November 17, 2015 (UTC)
