I suspect there are a few ways you could do it. You could kill Eclair (you'd have to install a mod that allows you to kill kids). You could spawn the hat using it's ID, I think you could get the ID by doing ` to get in to the command prompt and then clicking on his hat to get the ID. any way to get it on the PS3?
