Table of Intimdation Lines[]

There are many voiced lines that vary depending on the Target of intimidation. Eg, the Nutjob line when intimidating Children of Atom, or "New orders for you" when commanding an intimidated Gunner. Should we add a table of them? Khitrir (talk) 09:24, December 8, 2015 (UTC)

Questions![]

Does this work on legendary enemies? Are there special lines for Synths, who are not human but humanoid? (Yes, we should make a table Khitrir) How about aiming with a Sniper rifle, or other scoped weapon? (That I seriously wonder, more than others.) And what factors into a chance; Lvl, luck, strength? (Presumably also charisma but since you need 10 anyway...) --Est Nikkas Oth Mithas (talk) 04:46, December 12, 2015 (UTC)

Tested: Both scoped and non-scoped pacifies have the same range. It's is roughly the same as the width of the Sole Survivor's house in Sanctuary Hills. Doniazade (talk) 12:25, December 12, 2015 (UTC)

Update: Also, it works on legendary enemies! http://i.imgur.com/1oKqYbP.jpg -Doniazade (talk) 19:40, December 12, 2015 (UTC)

Awesome work Doniazade! And we can extrapolate that if we can intimidate Legendary people we can presumable do so to animals and creatures. Another question I wonder, what about Super Mutants? I'd imagine not, but is there even an option to do so? --Est Nikkas Oth Mithas (talk) 20:00, December 13, 2015 (UTC)

It's possible to pacify super mutants, but I think it's from Wasteland Whisperer. With both perks you can pacify practically everything except mechanical enemies. Flies, Mirelurk Queens, Radscorpions, Deathclaws, Ghouls etc. Very good use of two perk points if you already have 10+ cha. -Doniazade (talk) 22:07, December 31, 2015 (UTC)

Success Chance[]

According to the script being used to pacify (holdupEffectScript.psc) the game determines success if a random number between 0 and 100 (plus perkBonus) is less than pacifyChance,
where pacifyChance = IntimidateBase + perkbonus + (IntimidateMult * player level / target level)*100
So why does the page say there's a flat 40% chance of success?
