Bias?

This might sound ridiculous, but does it strike anyone else that this page has quite a lot of fairly baseless conjecture about Metzger's personality on it? I mean, he's an evil tempered, foul mouthed son of a bitch but I always got the impression he was rather shrewd. He is the head of an extremely powerful and dangerous organisation, after all.
