Happy song

Do anyone know the name of that nice, funny and rather happy song that played in Old world blues? I think it is played on a guitar or something..

You might be thinking about Why Don't You Do Right by Peggy Lee. If you are going to purchase/listen to it, I recommend the Benny Goodman version. The in-game version is not available for purchase.

Um, what?

Someone made the statement "A song from the Capital Wasteland in Fallout 3 comes on,". What song? When does it play? I've been listening to the station since I installed the add-on and I haven't heard any of the songs played on either Galaxy News Radio or Enclave Radio.Servonut 19:35, July 19, 2011 (UTC)

Gomorrah music

Some of the songs heard on this station can be heard at Gomorrah on the strip DannyK92 02:40, July 20, 2011 (UTC)

Can someone provide more info on how exactly it invites you to do anything? For me it plays jazz in the day and is silent all night. No speech of any kind.

The speech is the messege that pops up when Old World Blues is loaded DannyK92 14:56, July 20, 2011 (UTC)

Sad Song

While I was playing Old World Blues, this really sad-like song came on a lot. I'd really like to know the name of it.

It's called "Begin Again". It was made exclusively for the Dead Money DLC as the song Vera Keyes sings. Just wish there were a way to purchase it. Servonut 17:41, July 22, 2011 (UTC)

Not playing any music?

Is it just me, or does this radio station sometimes not play anything? At all... It'll be silent for almost an entire in-game day and then start playing again. Is this something just happening to me or are other people getting this as well?

-If you quicksave and reload the game, the broadcast will start playing again. I'm pretty sure it's a bug. [Mysterious Stranger] 21:39, December 21, 2011 (UTC)

-It's supposed to not play anything at night-time.

Maybe it's bugged for me, 'cause I've had it on continuously since I was sucked into Big Empty. And although it has a short playlist, it has continued to play music the entire time and I've been there for several in-game days. Servonut 17:53, July 22, 2011 (UTC)

Happens to me too. I'm not sure, at first it played, but once I came back from Big Mt., it never came back on again. Shikari~ 02:52, August 29, 2011 (UTC)

It happens to me too that I suddenly notice it is not playing anything anymore. But it always works fine again when I restart the game. I wonder what causes it. --I7Grendel 18:37, October 8, 2011 (UTC)

The station is set to run 24/7, it only goes silent when it tries to play the song "Begin Again". Since the station is set to play songs randomly from the playlist of 10 songs, it is quite possible that "Begin Again" doesn't get chosen at all for some time (there's only a 1 in 10 chance of getting chosen every time a song ends). The most likely reason for the bug not being so apparent though, is that a lot of people quicksave and load often, that, as the Mysterious Stranger said above, will restart the station, so it will seem like it never went silent if you're not paying attention. --WarMachineDD7 04:10, January 22, 2012 (UTC)

Begin Again not playing for me

I don't hear the song Begin Again and the station's causing FPS Drops and occaisional crashes --DannyK92 06:55, August 9, 2011 (UTC)

Yeah, the station going silent and not playing "Begin Again" is a bug. Although that doesn't cause any FPS drops or game crashes, that other problem must be caused by something else. --WarMachineDD7 04:02, January 22, 2012 (UTC)
