Access

So you can only enter when the last quest in the cabot chain triggers, can you access it afterwards or do you get locked out after you finish it?

I think it depends who you side with - if you kill Lorenzo and return a week later to grab Lorenzo's Artifact gun from Jack then it seems you still have access...

also - there is an extra vial of mysterious serum on the floor near the entrance/exit

just wanted too add another vault lucnh box =)

its a vault tec lunch box in administration part and just before lorenzo .
