This is a radio station, not a location.

The location itself is unmarked, and I have left the "unmarked" navbox there for now.

This page has a "location" infobox. Seeing as there is at least some information in it, I won't delete it, instead deferring to someone else with more experience.

three trees with flags

There were "three trees with flags" nearby. South of the radio tower and east of the bunker. I went there first, as I got close to it I heard a bang somewhere to the west and then saw a raider coming in this direction. The bang was probably from all the land mines up in that area. The raider got close so I backed off, then he came up and stood near to those three trees. He was hostile when I revealed myself. This seems to indicate that he left the message as an ambush to anyone dumb enough to show up and buy chems.
