Regarding the bug; what exactly does "item cannot be moved" mean? The item can be taken and used just like any other item, the only issue is that it has to be stolen.

It means that if it's dropped you cannot pick it up and move it by using the Right thumbstick (xbox 360) / R3 (ps3)
