- I'm not sure if it's from the book of revelations but it sounds like it's from there, it's got the same feels as Revelation 21:6. Something about how the people would "Pay for their consequences". The whole thing about the atom bombs and how people ruined it for themselves with the atomic bombs was the reason the quote was used I think...
- I thought of Micah 7:13 "Notwithstanding the land shall be desolate because of them that dwell therein, for the fruit of their doings." (King James Version). Can this really be lockpicked during Trouble on the Homefront? I walked around Vault 101 for an hour and couldn't find it. It appears that your old room is blockaded by the time you return to Vault 101. cheating your way to two Scematics[]
on pc you can use the "unlock" console comand on the framed quote, both during future imperfect and escape!. this way you can get two Rock-it-launcher schematics for the prize of one. (and you can also get it in trouble on the homefront. i think) note that the loot other than the holotape and schematic will dissapear if you unlocked it during future imperfect once you start Escape!

If you travel to the sub-basement of where project pruity is located, in one of the rooms you will find this framed quote on the wall. I am pretty sure its in the corner of the room, but you'll have to seach around because i dont remember which room its found in. It is technically possible to get into the safe legitimately during your initial escape from Vault 101. Doing so does have some specific requirements, though. First of all, you will need a perception of about nine (more or less, depending on if you find mentats or forget to grab your ballcap), and probably a maxed out Luck score as well. You will also need the Utility Jumpsuit, and to have Lockpick selected as a Tag skill. Lastly, and most importantly, you will need to be something of a horrible person. You can fudge a little if you have the Charisma and Speech skill to pass a lot of challenges, and a bit more if you can manage to lockpick the Overseer's office and hack his terminal, but you need to get as much XP as possible, in order to gain a level and push your Lockpick to 50+. It's doable, but requires killing a few people (like saving Butch's mom in order to kill her yourself). If you manage it, this can be a good head start on the game, however. Just remember to use the final chance to edit your character to get the build you actually want to play with. 11:39, July 9, 2012 (UTC)
Sorry to say but you're are wrong about getting it during Escape. Even if you have a Perception and Luck of 10 with Lockpick tagged you can't get it. The max you can get lockpick inside the vault is 47 because you start with a perception of 10 (22 Lockpick), add 5 from Luck of 10 (27 Lockpick), Lockpick tagged (42 Lockpick), and the vault 101 utility jumpsuit (47 Lockpick). Because you have 10 perception mentats have no affect on the skill and you are NOT allowed to level up over the course of your time in the vault even if you get more experiennce then needed to level up in the vault.
