Behind the Scenes note?

Other than it being a medical term, has anybody heard of the movie This is Spinal Tap? Perhaps that's a good note to add? Or is it just .... the medical procedure? Either way, the note should be added to the page. I just don't have enough knowledge as to how to do it, so I'm just going to suggest this. Hm? Oh! I noticed that and yeah, it's been rejected as a note. I'll probably do that, but don't expect a quick answer. I've never been to formspring, but I am aware that J.E.
