Free entrance video

I put up a video on YouTube showing how to jump the fence, called "How to get in Tenpenny Tower", could someone add it to the article? I don't want to make an account.

If you just go into 3rd person mode and look around the intercom you can find the switch on the other side and open the gate. Just like for the keller bunker. Gustavo dosent mind and talks to you normally.

Shoplifting Redemption

Just wanted to point out that if you rob from the stores' safes, you can just put the money back in before the owner returns and they won't notice. I had just looted the safe from Boutique LeChic and the register from the Café before reading this article, and since I had already moved to more than one place and my save was from hours ago, I put the money back in to see if it would work and it did. The owners returned to their stores in the morning and didn't notice anything go missing, so they haven't left.--Penumbra 21:06, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

Tenpenny tower

After completing Mister Burkes task for The Power of the Atom, travel toward the Tenpenny Tower marker on your map. Look for a very tall building in the Southwest, a ghoul named Roy Phillips will be standing outside the gate. After you meet with Burke and detonate the nuke, you will be given the key to your suite. ~Matteo11 2/12/09~

Everyone missing?

T - I killed Alistar Tenpenny before starting the quest then later completed the quest diplomatically so the ghouls live peacefully alongside everyone else. I then killed Roy Phillips to avoid them rebelling later. However, after several weeks had passed I returned to the tower to find both residents were gone. However there was a female ghoul in the master suite and when I asked her what happened the other residents she says "Roy Philips said not to worry about the other residents" (even though I killed him earlier). Also Michael Masters was in the federal lounge and attacked me (I was wearing the ghoul mask at the time). Where did everyone go? Did the ghouls resort to their feral states and attack everyone the return to the subway?

T -Unfortunately, there seems to be a code in place that automatically makes all human residents vanish a few days later when you talk the residents into allowing the Ghouls to live with them. Killing Roy doesn't actually stop him from wiping out all of them. No idea about the ghouls though. Maybe he even wiped out his own kind? Or maybe they were so disgusted with what he did to the other human tenants that they left? Who knows. And no matter what, as soon as you kill Roy, Masters automatically becomes hostile, even if he doesn't see it.--Lawlerkats 22:17, 25 December 2008 (UTC)

T - The Human tenants have all been killed and stacked in the basement. When you confront Roy, he says they got what they deserved and get over it or I could join them. I went a little mad at this point and slaughtered every ghoul I could find in the tower. I went from being a wasteland savior to a vault delinquent karma wise. I do not remember when I have felt such a sense of rage (in game) at the results of doing a quest that gave me positive karma, ever. I never even would have known except I found Argyle and was returning to tell Dash. I must admit, I was shocked at the turn of events. Guess, I should have expected something, Roy was a bit of a bigot...eh? Al, 23:15, 1/25/09

T - After completing the quest, I returned very soon after to deal with Tenpenny himself for the 51-b Power Armor quest. Nothing had happened to the tower residents yet at this point, but when I entered Tenpenny's suite, I found bloodtrails all over his bathroom and immediatly knew what happened. I then proceeded to execute Roy and Masters, letting the female Ghoul live because she seemed like a dimwit to me. The result of this is that after the script did its work and cleared out the humans, Tenpenny tower is now completely empty. No ghouls, no NPC, nothing at all - it's a ghost town. Just to show how strangely the scripts for this quest can affect the status of the tower. 82.75.134.146 18:26, 16 May 2009 (UTC) Dynalisia

T - The same bug is happening in my game, as well. The only difference is that I let the ghouls in to attack. They killed everyone, walked around for a day or so, then completely disappeared. Roy is the only ghoul in the area, and friendly.24.227.244.121 17:25, February 8, 2010 (UTC)

I had the same thing happen to me so I decided to kill Shakes the robo bartender. After which I left the tower and came back and the tower was inhabited with all ghouls and the bodies in the basement. 207.118.42.248 07:03, February 2, 2012 (UTC)K

Glitch

there also happens to be some glitch to get in without paying where you can walk over to the left side of the tower and jump over the wall by using this hole at the top of the wall

"...hole at the top of the wall"

Usually referred to as going "over" the wall.
What makes you think this is poor design, (not a glitch), and not simply another means to gain entry to the tower?
It's most likely deliberate.
Yeah, I didn't have 100 caps, and I found a way to jump over the wall in that spot on the West wall. I simply used the Intercom to open the front gate. Quite a nice little slip-up in graphical design by Bethesda.
λ
T 05:17, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

Not sure if this counts as a glitch or not, but the first time I attempted the Speech challenge with the Intercom the game said I had a 100% chance of success, but my result was the Failure dialogue.

Actually some resident will have a speech option joking about jumping over the wall. This seems to confirm that this might indeed be intentional. - Redmess 20:49, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Repairs

Seeing as how tenpenny tower is essentially a city, much like megaton, is their anyone who does repairs? i've talked to seemingly every NPC and no one can help.

i think Gustavo does repairs. he is in the lobby when you first enter the tower behind the desk.--That70sdude 00:12, 19 January 2009 (UTC)

There seems to be no repair npc in Tenpenny Tower. ~Matteo11 2/12/09~

the basment door

THE basment door is locked ver hard. i tryed to open it but is said that it is actavted somewhere elese. where is that button to open it. btw i do have 100 lockpick.

You open the containment door by going into the basement outside and behind the building - there an Average terminal inside you can hack but you do not half to insted just shoot the genorators it will also open the door. I think you'll need the key from Gustavo (pickpocket) or Dashwood (speech) to open the basement door though. --Scubajoe 18:46, February 21, 2010 (UTC) scubajoe 16 December 2008 (UTC)

Looting Stores

I have let the ghouls in a they are slaughtering everyone, looting the store inventory keys from the storekeepers but cannot open the lockers - I get a message saying the inventory is unlocked but still cannot open them - glitch or design? --Rekstout 22:59, 16 December 2008 (UTC)

Free accommodation

I suppose many have noticed that you can get into the empty penthouse suite from the balcony. I assume it is using Dashwood's key.

The bed is marked as "My Bed", meaning you can get the "well rested" xp bonus. A bobblehead stand appears, which you can use. Your robot slave greets you, but you can't interact.

I have neither blown up Megaton, nor disarmed the bomb, (or taken the quest for that matter). Last time I looked, Mr Burke was still sitting in the corner at Moriarties, waiting for me to get back to him. I have been entering since before I killed Tenpenny, so it wasn't with his key. The door from the hallway can't be opened without a different key.

Naturally this means you can't decorate the joint, but I would probably be playing The Sims if that was my primary interest.

--Can you Decorate your place in Tenpenny Tower if you've pickpocketed the key from Allistair Tenpenny? Reason I ask is the themes for the suite have more stuff included than the megaton residence. Thanks! --71.193.223.58 03:21, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

--On the 360 and ps3 versions of the game you can still get into the room via the balcony and you can interact with godfrey geting purified water...ect 98.215.69.173 19:23, 13 May 2009 (UTC) confirmed you can inferact with godfrey but his persona is linked with wadsworth so you cannot get 10 purified water the 5 are the same for both, the safe, and wardrobe do work though and initially have items in them when you get into the room, the bobble head machine works as well and the bed gives you well rested effect, I've not tested storing items yet to see if its like an owned house where they will stay there. 98.215.69.173 03:42, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

Paladin

I was waiting in Tenpenny Tower on the mid-level rooms. When the wait was done, a Brotherhood of Steel Paladin with a Gatling Laser was there. Could somebody elaborate? 68.112.143.25 03:19, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

most likely glitch. what most likely happened is that the game confused the one of the security guards with BOS paladin locations. or the scheduled place he was suppose to be in, spawned where the player was in. or the a common cell confusion.

I had something similiar, except it was knight captain gallows and outside rivet city, you see, after walking out of rivet city after a huge massacre, and saw gallows fighting super muties, oddly enough,he quickly ran out of ammo and started punching the muties to death,i was too busy watching in awe to notice the deathclaws behind me,so i died before i could see the finished fight Werewolfhell 17:13, 24 January 2009 (UTC)

I had something like this, talon mercs came, friendly, shot one, none of them were hostile. May be a smudge on the disk or corrupted data

In response to the first comment - two words: Paladin Hoss. 137.195.250.2 03:02, January 14, 2010 (UTC)

  • And to elaborate on the two words "Paladin Hoss", once you've met Paladin Hoss in Falls Church and performed his quest, he rewards you by offering to protect you whenever you go through his area of the game. However, sometimes he gets lonely waiting for you to come back to his area of the D.C. Ruins, so he (glitch glitch glitch) goes wandering through the Wasteland looking for you. Unfortunately, (glitch glitch glitch) the shock of the Wasteland causes him to forget what you look like, so he'll show up and not protect you. I've seen Paladin Hoss in Megaton, Tenpenny Towers, near the entrance to Vault 87 (the irradiated one, not Little Lamplight), the Republic of Dave, and the Dunwich Building (exterior). Since he's not marked "essential" I have no idea how he survives to get to all of these places. --Webgiant 05:47, January 27, 2010 (UTC)

Entry without having blown up Megaton

The player can utilize the unoccupied Tenpenny Tower suite as a base without completing Mr. Burke's quest (to blow up Megaton). The suite door facing the inner foyer remains locked, but the suite door leading out to the balcony is unlocked. Go out to the balcony where Alistair Tenpenny usually sits, then head around the building counter-clockwise to find the suite door. Once inside you have full access to Godfrey the robo-butler, the Bobblehead stand, the storage compartments (including a safe with loot in it) and the bed. You don't need to leave the Tenpenny Tower to travel, either -- you can step outside to the balcony which is technically in the Wasteland and fast-travel anywhere you need to go.

The above statement is false. Even on the balcony you cannot enter without having blown up Megaton. The message "Requires Key" still appears and you cannot gain entry.—Preceding comment was unsigned. Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

Well, I can confirm that entering without having blown up Megaton is possible, I definitely could. The balcony door was unlocked in both of my games (PC). The only time where I couldn't go in there was during Roy's assault. // Porter21 U | T 16:24, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
It's definitely patched on the 360 version. Maybe they left it unpatched for PC. --PwnzerfaustMonk 20:41, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
Might be patched on the PC as well then, haven't tried to get in since after the patch. // Porter21 U | T 21:01, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
Before the latest patch it was unlocked in the PC version. But no longer. Also via the console in the PC version, you can obtain the key and utilize the suite. The only difference is that the vendors will not sell house items to you as it is not "your" suite.kingclyde
it most certainly is not patched on 360, i didnt blow up megaton, I've killed both Tenpenny, Burke and ever security guard in the tower, and i have not only the newest patch but broken steel as well and it still works and so does the butler, so i technically have 2 houses, haha! oddly enough he also appears to have all the How does ____ work options for all the stuff i bought for my megaton house, interesting.(Maverick21 06:51, 18 July 2009 (UTC))

- # # thats because both bots are linked. So if you order 5 bottled water from one in megatron and read why it can't give anymore the other will say that it can not give you any for the same reason.

2 December 2009 (Xbox 360)- Weirdly, I could not get into the suite and I have disarmed the bomb in Megaton. Then I started the Tenpenny Tower quest, talked to Gustavo, talked to Roy Phillips, finished the Manhandled Manservant quest and got the safe key from Dashwood and went to try the door again and it opened. Can't explain what made it happen. Maybe it is just random...

No Bodies in the Basement Bug

On the Xbox 360, I did not find any bodies in the basesment after letting the ghouls move in and having the ghouls disappear. In the basement there was only a random ghoul walking around and nothing else. Also, Tenpenny's body was nowhere to be found. I saw black stains on the floor and in the bathtub, but no bodies. 67.172.16.255 12:29, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

Confirmed for PC. Referring to my addition on the missing NPC's/residents talk, what you describe was a side effect for me as well. 82.75.134.146 18:29, 16 May 2009 (UTC) Dynalisia

    • This could be because the models for the bodies of the TenPenny residence have fallen through the world by the time you went down there to see them. I can only assume you didnt immediately, after learning that they were in the basement, go and check them out.

You can always do a prid search for Dashwoods body of all the dead tenpenny residents, hes the most important one because of his quest, where the others dont really have quests based on them.

A pest problem outdoors?

Often on the 360 when I travel to Tenpenny Tower by means of fast travel and sometimes by standard walking to it, a giant ant or two will spawn outside or even inside the gates of Tenpenny Tower. Is this a common occurrence or a glitch in the spawning? Because so far it's taken out the security at the exterior of the building and sometimes in a fast travel if I'm not fast enough with the gate it takes the Gustavo as well, usually at night while he's asleep.

Customizing the Tower?

I was just wondering, has anyone really customized their Tenpenny Tower? (Excluding PC because they can mod it simply) Like an example of what I did is suit up the outer guards with Talon Company armor because it looks cool; done with the mesmetron! And changed the tenants' dirty pre clothes with regular pre war clothes. Or even put some crap on the front desk. (Like a party hat!) So am I alone here? Or did other people do stuff like this too? I need some cool ideas for MY Tenpenny Tower on my 360! Oh, and another awesome thing you can do is if you have the followers glitch is use them as a doorman! --Zyan 71.196.144.139 01:15, 8 June 2009 (UTC)

I have the PC Version but i dont Mod so i like your idea i made all the Guards wear Vault 101 Security Uniforms! so funny because it feels like your home- Captain Nexue

Great Idea. Im doing this now. i'll tell you what it looks like StealthFight3r 07:02, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Glad to see I'm not the only one doing this! As an evil character, I felt like I needed to darken up the place, so I raided Talon Company's base until I had enough fully-repaired Talon Combat Armors for everyone (and a Talon Combat Helmet for Gustavo). I reverse pickpocketed the armors into their inventories, and they equipped them straightaway. Next, I want to put dirty and grimy businesswear, prewar hats, and sunglasses/tinted glasses/etc onto all the residents. Once the Enclave arrive, I'll give all the guards Enclave/Hellfire/Tesela armor, and appropriate weapons (plasma rifles, heavy incenerators, etc.) I'll probably dress Gustavo as an enclave officer as well. Unfortunately, that's the one thing I know I'll have to use the console for--no way will he trade in his fully repaired armor for that uniform.  :( Some of the most fun I had playing a Good character was customizing my Megaton home without the use of a theme, but now that I'm evil, I have a whole building to work with! >:) Timzor 02:32, 28 August 2009 (UTC)

shortcut from metro

in two seperate profiles,i've found you can get into the tower via the blast door used to let the ghoul swarm in,without the ghouls rampaging through tenpenny tower, the first time is used a missle launcher to blow the generaters from behind the wall, the second time i used the same glitch to loot the bodies at project purity(go into third person, rotate the camera) to hack the terminal. I was still able to trigger the horde after doing this, but i had to blow the generators witch closed the doors, then use the terminal again to open it. You'll still loose the karma every time the door opens or closes, but it's a way to get into the tower without having to pay, do a speech check or blow up megaton.--67.162.197.113 03:56, 11 June 2009 (UTC) Joe Han Son

Or you could just not be dumb and not waste time and hop over the wall on the left side of the tower. There's an area that lets you hop over, that wasn't meant to do that.T 04:21, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
    1. or you could just save the game outside the terminal and continue to use speech chance with the guard until he lets you in - thus earning XP for your time too.

well i got lost exploring the metro....twice....i just wanted to point out that you can get in another way,and plus i can never find the hole in the wall.--67.162.197.113 06:17, 11 June 2009 (UTC)Joe Han Son

Lol, it's called Local Map dude, you should try it :PT 13:55, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
There's also a trick I heard called "not being a dick." It won't get you into the tower per se, but it's useful nonetheless. Timzor 02:37, 28 August 2009 (UTC)

Front entrance into Tenpenny Tower bug

One day, suddenly I tried to enter Tenpenny Tower and my XBOX360 freezes up and cannot load the interior of the tower, is there anyway to fix this problem, however, I made a new character and it seems fine for my new character to go into the tower w/o my 360 freezing up whenever I enter the main entrance into the tower.

Maybe it's because Gustavo is racist... --User:Zyan71.196.144.139 02:48, 28 June 2009 (UTC

- I also have this problem. I think that something you do must trigger the bug, (as it works on other accounts) but I don't know what it is. Lost all my stuff in there.

Do the guards respawn?

Rivet City Security respawns endlessly, so do these guards respawn as an endless supply of combat armor and assault rifles?

Nope, once they're dead, they're dead. If you kill them inside of the Tower, then everyone else becomes hostile to you. Also, please sign your post with 4 ~ SuSpence95 (Talk) 19:31, 13 August 2009 (UTC)
I think what he/she means is 'does the guard equipment respawn,' for which the answer is: sort-of. Their assault rifles/ammo respawn every three days; if you take the armor, however, it's gone forever. 75.66.179.134 01:25, 24 August 2009 (UTC)

Quests in Infobox

I think that we should put 'Power Of The Atom' as a quest in the infobox. If you choose the evil karma way to complete it you must travel to Tenpenny Tower, and by completing the quest you get a suite there. Is that 'related' enough? RudiganRex 03:32, September 26, 2009 (UTC)

Tenpenny tower after FEV

Do the people inside the tower suffer from FEV-poisoned aqua-pura? Like, you know, sick ones in hospital, etc.? Just interesting :)

What the fuck are you talking bout?--Kirby888 05:15, November 7, 2009 (UTC)

Very Unusual Encounter

Okay, I just found something rather odd a little bit west of Tenpennmy Tower, roughly 1/3 of the distance between there and Warrington Trainyard (in front of the southernmost "intact" house amongst the broke-ass homes west of the tower). There was a non-hostile raider wearing a brahmin-skin outfit sitting against an old car. Every time I tried to interact with her, all she said was "I'm not in the mood for you, asshole." I noticed another raider in the ruined house directly north of the intact one, so I shot him, then shot another which emerged from somewhere behind one of the broken walls. Three more appeared out of nowhere (upon further investigation, they appeared to be hiding rather than simply appearing literally out of nowhere, as I had previously thought): Two to the right, closer to the tower, and another one in between the first two and the ones that suddenly appeared. The first one I saw (the one with the brahmin-skin outfit) became hostile and pulled a missile launcher on me. It seems that she does not become hostile if the other raiders attack you before you attack them. I've been here plenty of times before, and this has never happened. However, this is the first time I have been here since installing Operation: Anchorage, Broken Steel and Point Lookout, so it might have something to do with those DLCs being present. Even after killing the other raiders (after waiting for them to attack you), the original still doesn't seem to become hostile. Blutteufel 09:42, November 18, 2009 (UTC)

This is added with the Broken Steel DLC I believe, and it is an ambush for a Aqua Pura Caravan. Spellunker 11:46, November 18, 2009 (UTC)
Yes, that's correct. See here for further details.--  PwnzerfaustMonk    talk  contribs   03:44, November 19, 2009 (UTC)

Killing Tenpenny Without Tenpenny Tower Being Hostile

I found this out today, heres how you do it: 1.Get a follower (Human reccomended, including fawkes) and equip them with a plasma rifle and some ammo

2.Start Mr.Crowleys quest (You gotta shoot them in the head)

3.Go visit tenpenny

(Optional: ask him about Mr.Crowley, tell tenpenny Mr.Crowley wants t kill him, then take tenpenny's offer, getting yourself some caps)

4.Tell him your going to kill him.

5.DONT, JUST DONT SHOOT HIM. (Hopefully the follower will shoot him in the head)

6. PROFIT!

Please tell me if you kill tenpenny, tenpenny tower becomes hostile. May need someone to try this, to see if it wasn't a bug. Ollyeng 17:32, December 2, 2009 (UTC)

I killed him myself during that mission, and the tower did not become hostile. - Redmess 19:14, December 2, 2009 (UTC)

He's isolated, so even if you kill him and toss him off the balcony to land on Gustavo's head, the tower won't know you did it so they won't be hostile. JerichoRCDF 19:45, December 3, 2009 (UTC)

just a note...

dont know if this was mentioned before, but if you dont have 11 caps to get in, just go to the left wall(facing the front entrance) and jump on top of a pile of rubble. then, you can jump onto the wall, or even over it. 70.20.84.222 23:13, December 3, 2009 (UTC)

Tenpenny tower glitch

Has anyone else got the glitch that makes the game freeze when trying to enter the tower? How do you fix this bug? Does an Xbox Live update fix the bug? 78.149.183.150 18:28, March 9, 2010 (UTC)

Gremlins With Cutting Torches

I've started having the strangest glitch (on X360) in the walls of Tenpenny Tower. The sparking animation usually reserved for damaged electronics and bots under weapons fire is starting to show up in almost completely random places. The first one I noticed was at the front door of the lobby, where at first it looked as though somebody was using a cutting torch to come through the door. However, almost each new area I load has one of these spark fountains popping up in it, but likewise, sometimes there's nothing.

Just strange. I blame gremlins, personally.

Opening the Door Bug

Today I went back to Tenpenny tower for the first time after allowing the ghouls to storm it and kill everyone. I activated the intercom and I got the "I thought I told you to leave response" coming from what sounded like a guard. I answered "Let me in asshole", rather than the 100/500 cap(?) bribe. Then my Xbox froze. I tried again with the same result. Finally I just jumped over the wall, and all was normal with the ghouls who had set up shop inside. The inside intercom still opened the door.75.67.101.70 22:03, July 9, 2010 (UTC)

Killing Tenpenny from the Ground

Using long-range weapons with splash damage such as the Heavy incinerator, Fat Man, Tesla Cannon, or Missle Launcher, is it possible to kill him without entering the tower? (unsigned comment)

I've tried. The Fat Man doesn't have the range to reach that high, and the missile launcher's splash damage radius doesn't seem to be sufficient to hit Tenpenny. The splash damage radius of the Tesla Cannon is smaller than that of the Missile Launcher. Kris (talk) 18:01, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

Location

I think the direction to the location should be changed. I told my brother to use this site to help with the game, and he said he couldn't find Tenpenny tower, even though he'd been to the this page.

Anyone else tried this?

So I tried a speach challange to get into tenpenny tower and failed, and didn't have the caps to get in, I was frustrated so I decided to toss a couple of nuca grenades over the wall and over the wall comes Gustavo's head, I searched it and got his gear, than I tried the intercom and he told me to get lost. (I wonder if that should be added to the notes section that if you kill gustavo he will still talk to you through the intercom until you get him to open the gate)

Another fun idea would to get a fatman or mirv and start lobbing nukes over the walls at the residents173.14.21.221 22:22, September 2, 2010 (UTC)

Just did this on the XBox 360: After jumping over the wall to avoid the gate, I decided to leave. On a hunch, I walked over and activated the intercom next to the security guard. It opened the gate. If anyone else can confirm this, that would be cool.

Sercurity officer's voice

The security officer who lets you in during the day sounds a lot like Kevin Conroy the voice of Batman on the animated shows. Can anyone find out if this is the case?

Appearances

It is mentioned that Tenpenny Tower is on a picture in the Tops Casino in New Vegas. While this is true, it also appears on the same picture outside the Tops. Suggestion: remove the Tops in the comment, and stating the Tenpenny Tower can be seen on pictures/paintings in Fallout: New Vegas. Which also brings me to the following: considering the proximity of Tenpenny Tower to the Robco Facility, would it not be possible that before the war the tower was owned by Robco, and that the tower and the facility are part of the same complex? Have no proof of this, but it's kinda odd that the Tower does appear in the Tops and also in the Lucky 38 (among other places). --Radnus 81.205.186.16 12:52, December 15, 2010 (UTC)

Ants

Half the time when I travel to the tower there are ants inside the entrance. The gate at the front is open and they have already killed one security guard. I am worried they will kill an important character the the Tenpenny Tower quest so I am putting frag mines near the entrance just incase. Unfortuantely I cant keep placing mines down everytime they come.

Entering Tenpenny Tower

It says that you can only enter if you pay pass the speech check or place the charge on the bomb. However i chose to disarm the bomb and then went to tenpenny tower after completing power of the atom and i told the guard that i was there to see Mr. Burke, so he let me in. I am using the Xbox 360

unable to enter tenpenny tower

can anyone tell me if there's a solution to the glitch where you cant access the door to tenpenny tower so i can get into my suite

Ghoul Invasion

how do you let the ghouls rampage in tenpenny tower? Gschmechel25

Outside the tower

Random loot, or possibly always Metal armor (Fallout 3) in a Toolbox northwest of the tower.
If Tenpenny Tower, Warrington station, and Warrington Trainyard are three corners of a diamond shape, then the house with the Toolbox in it is the fourth corner.
Was instantly attacked by a Robobrain in the distance upon receiving the armor.

Tenpenny Towers

What direction is Tenpenny Towers from Megaton?

Southwest, waaay south. --Kastera (talk) 17:56, August 3, 2011 (UTC)

Location

I don't think "southwest of Megaton" is a very good placemarker for this the tower, considering you can't see Megaton on the map that shows the tower's location.

Moved bug from page

  • Playstation 3Playstation 3Playstation 3 When trying to enter Tempenny Tower, you might come across a endless loading screen. This means the file you are playing on, Is corrupted. This is a hopless bug, and cannot be fixed unless deleting the account and start from fresh AGAIN.

I took this off the page because it seems as it might have been a one time thing, or something of that nature, I have never had a loading screen freeze corrupt my entire play through. If anyone can test or knwos for sure feel free to clean it up and add it back. --Bottrot (talk) 05:31, July 13, 2012 (UTC)

Statesman Hotel?

Where does it say that Tenpenny tower used to be called "The Statesman Hotel"? The wiki page says that it is possibly a chain of hotels, since the other Statesman is in the DC ruins (Reilly's rangers quest). The reference is a "Fallout 3 loading screen" but on the page of loading screen information does not have it. 152.23.188.69 17:49, July 7, 2014 (UTC)

I am looking into this, if it is found that there is no evidence to support the assertion that Tenpenny Tower was a statesman hotel, the information will be corrected. Richie9999 (talk) 18:01, July 7, 2014 (UTC)
