Overdue book and 2 of the Nuka Cola Quantums

I just removed two items from "Notable Loot" and wanted to explain why. I searched for the Overdue book and two of the Nuka-Cola Quantums in the locations shown (a red toolbox near a security gate and a Nuka-Cola machine), plus I scoured the rest of the building multiple times and they don't seem to exist. I also own the Vault Dweller's Survival Guide book, so I double-checked and they aren't listed in there.

Can anyone verify that they do exist (and not as just random loot)? If they do, perhaps better location specifics are in order.
