Location

Those look like Shi Passwords... But I cant recall ever finding torn papers in SanFran... Maybe cut content? Agent c (talk) 00:57, December 11, 2012 (UTC)

I agree. I've run a completionist character on Fallout 2, and I have never once found one of these pieces of torn paper. If it can be confirmed that these items are merely cut content, we can remove the stub notice on the corresponding article page. ^{Some Assembly Required!} 00:58, December 11, 2012 (UTC)
