Torn is a recruit in Fallout Tactics.
Surviving a childhood growing up in the wilderness meant that Torn had to develop fast and deadly hand-to-hand combat skills. She also developed a sharp eye and a keen sense of danger.
Torn becomes available the first time the Warrior visits a bunker.
Torn appears only in Fallout Tactics.
