Ideology Infobox parameter

I've removed the ideology parameter as in the past we have often speculated heavily on ideology without any basis in the games. While some factions have clear, defined ideology's often those ideology's are not defined with real world terms, and sometimes will be described as an ideology that it does not strictly match. The various arguments over what exact political system the NCR is or how the Fallout 4 Brotherhood is an Ordenstaat or Stratocracy are not arguments we should be having.
