Tesla armor is a series of armor utilizing Tesla technology.
Models
Tesla armor
Described as providing "superior protection against energy attacks" by dispersing a large percentage of directed energy attacks through three Tesla attraction coil rods.[1]
Tesla armor
The armor increases the Energy Weapons skill of the operator. It can be acquired from Enclave soldiers in the Capital Wasteland, usually acquired in poor condition.
Gannon family Tesla armor
The Gannon family Tesla armor offers a total of 32 DT, a bonus of 10 to Energy Weapons and a bonus of 25 to Radiation Resistance. It belonged to Arcade Gannon's late father.[2]
Tesla T-60 armor
The set consists only of arms and torso pieces. All three provide a slight bonus to damage dealt with energy weapons of 5% per item, or 15% if all three are equipped. Tesla T-60 armor pieces always display the "Tesla" identifier in their name regardless of upgrades or mods.

Tesla armor
A modified suit of metal armor that provides protection from both melee and ranged attacks. The armor's Tesla coils result in almost complete invulnerability to energy weapons.[Non-canon 2]
