Background[]
He was experimented upon within the Y-17 medical facility before being released. Test Subject 1 is a unique lobotomite that appears to be the "leader" at the Cuckoo's Nest. He is fixed at a maximum level of 50. As a result, he is relatively strong compared to the other lobotomites when the Courier is at low levels but is identical to other lobotomites once the Courier has reached higher levels.
