Texas Rattlers are mutant snakes in Texas.
Characteristics
These giant rattlesnakes are all bark and no bite. Weighing in at 500 pounds and standing almost six feet tall when upright, this critter can really ruin a man's day. The good news? The radiation and growth has diluted their poison. Now you'll only get sick if one bites you, instead of ending up stone cold dead. Of course, they don't really even need that poison. Not with gigantic fangs about six inches long...[1]
Variants
Albino rattlers are tougher and even more dangerous, at first they would appear as stage bosses, such as the one controlled by Harry,[2] but as the player character progresses they may be encountered in groups.[3]
