Tina Hopkins was the lead writer of the Silver Shroud radio series, working at the Boston branch of Hubris Comics in 2077.

Background[]

Tina Hopkins had contributed years of work to writing for the Shroud radio show and was gearing up to begin working on the project to move it to television. She had a clear vision of goals for the project and how best to adapt it for the new medium while retaining core fans.

Meanwhile, Hubris hired Aaron Babowski, a new producer to lead the project, who immediately began making changes that Tina strongly opposed. She brought her concerns to Vivian O'Dell, the project manager, who expressed understanding and asked for Tina to be flexible and reminded her of her importance and value to the project.[1]

Casting began for the series pilot and Tina was enraged at the news that Babowski had made the executive decision to cast Claire Redelle for the part of the Mistress of Mystery, when the clear choice for the role was Shannon Rivers, the actress who had provided the voice of the character for almost three decades and fit her description perfectly. Working closely with Shannon for all this time had made her akin to family to the team. Vivian promised Tina that she would fight the decision.[2]

Vivian approached the producer about the change, stating that it was unacceptable, but Babowski dismissed her concerns, unswayed by Tina's threat to quit the project. In response, Tina resigned and threatened to take a job with Manticore, a competing company that had been interested in hiring her for years.[3]

Appearances[]

Tina Hopkins is mentioned only in Fallout 4.
