Trent Burham was a wealthy mine merchant working for the NCR in 2238.
Background
Trent Burham established the town of Burham Springs in 2238 when he saw its potential to provide valuable resources. Lt. Gov. Dodge promptly gave the community a charter to excavate the existing mines where Burham's men and women found coal and struck oil, or NCR tea, proving Burham right and securing his towns wealth and safety. At least until the NCR pulled out after completing its railway project and the demand for fuel shot down.[1]

Trent Burham was to be mentioned only in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios.
