The U.S. Declaration of War on China is a scenery object and a cut miscellaneous item in Fallout 3.
Background[]
The U.S. Declaration of War on China was passed by the United States Congress in the wake of the Chinese invasion of Alaska in 2066, leading to the decade-long Sino-American War. The document was acquired and preserved by the Capitol Preservation Society. Its curator, Abraham Washington cannot make up his mind if war was declared when China invaded Alaska in 2066 or when the first power armor was sent to the front line in 2067. To him, it was also the last known document of note authored by the United States Government before the Great War.[1]

Behind the scenes[]
The texture used for the document is faded, but what can be read reveals that the words on the document actually concern some sort of public library, rather than any declaration of war.
