Underpass is a location in the Mojave Wasteland, north of New Vegas.
Layout[]
The town would have had a purifier, and served as the location of Carlyle St. Clair's house. In the game guide, the quest flowchart of Beyond the Beef includes a prompt to "find Carlyle St. Claire in Underpass."[1]
