Claim Jumper is a reputation in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios.
Background
Most of Denver is marked off into various "claims" - areas of the city that other Salvagers already have dibs on. If you wander into another salvagers claim and take something, you'll be considered a "claim jumper", and the rest of the Denver salvagers will become "pissed" at you.
