Requirements

This is a special perk, which means it cannot simply be taken upon leveling up. It can be obtained from Doctor Troy in Vault City with a Doctor skill of at least 75%.

Effects

+5% to Doctor and First Aid.

Notes

After obtaining this perk, it is possible to ask for Vault City Inoculations after returning to Troy for poisoning or radiation treatment.
