The weather change shell is a three variant miscellaneous item in the Fallout 4 add-on Contraptions Workshop.
Characteristics[]
Weather change shells are launched from firework mortars. When they are deployed, they will temporarily change the weather. There are three variations: clear, rain, and radstorm.
