Wesley Wiskowski was a site manager of the Emmett Mountain disposal site prior to the Great War.
Background[]
Wesley Wiskowski was hired by the Department of Energy as the site manager to the Emmett Mountain disposal site. Wiskowski oversaw the construction of the holding cells and began a weekly log to track the progress of the nuclear waste stored at the disposal site. During normal operations, one of the holding cells collapsed, killing and crushing two employees and leaking radioactive waste into the site.
Wiskowski asked for assistance from Federal Disposal Field HZ-21 and from his superiors, but all that was offered were two doctors that were more interested in examining the radiation-affected employees than treating them. Frustrated with the ineptness of the assistance, asked for permission to drive to Washington, D.C. to talk to his superiors directly. However, Wiskowski mysteriously disappeared and was replaced by Donald Clark as site manager.[1]
