Wolves are creatures found in New California.

Characteristics

Biology

Wolves are quadrupedal canines, much like dogs, and travel in large packs. They are substantially larger and stronger than the common dog. The lack of human presence for almost 100 years has made wolves lose their instinctual fear of man, making them much more aggressive towards humans they encounter.

Gameplay attributes

Wolves tend to travel in packs, this can pose a significant challenge to low level players. Since they are stronger than wild dogs they can easily take down careless travelers, so it is best to be prepared before taking them on.

Variants

Wolf

Dog

Wolves are dangerous canine predators, and can easily outnumber and surround unaware travelers. They can pose a very real threat to low-level player characters.
